How do I make a reservation?

To book your holiday at the Apartment Hotel "Residence Piccolo", please contact us for an offer. You can contact us:

In the months of June, July and August we only rent the apartments on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.     

                                     
When can I check in and out?

The apartments are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

What if I want to arrive earlier?

 If the parking slot for your apartment is already free, you can already park your car. We will inform you as soon as your apartment is ready.

What are the services in the apartment for babies and small children?

For the little ones we have (on request) highchairs, safety fences for the bed or baby beds as well as baby bathtubs available.

 

Is there a tourism tax?

From October, 1st  2017, all accommodation in the municipality of Cervia will be subject to a tourism tax. The levy is € 1.50 per day per person in Mai, June, July August and  September. A maximum of 7 consecutive nights will be charged, children up to the age of 14 are exempt. This tax is not included in the hotel price and must be paid in cash at the latest on departure.

OUR SERVICES

Is WIFI available in the entire apartment hotel?

Of course WIFI is available in all apartments and in the public areas.

Are bicycles available in the Apartment Hotel?

We can provide some bicycles for our guests. These can be used for short excursions or errands. They are available free of charge, but we ask you to return the key for the bike to us on your return.
 

I have a dog. Can I take it with me on holiday?

Small pets are welcome, please let us know at the time of booking. On the beaches of Cervia/Milano Marittima, dogs are only allowed on the beach for walks between 6 and 8 o'clock in the morning and between 9:30 and 12 o'clock in the evening.

Are there parking spaces?

We have a reserved and numbered parking place for our guests, it is the same number as your booked apartment. All parking signs are clearly visible and are located on the fenced property. You will receive the key for the electric gate from us. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide more than one parking space per apartment, except perhaps in the low season.

HOW TO REACH US

Our apartment hotel "Residence Piccolo" has two entrances. The main entrance (sliding gate) is located at Viale Due Giugno n. 83, (the beach road that connects Milano Marittima with the centre of Cervia), the smaller gate is always open to pedestrians. The side entrance can be reached by a small footpath.  If we don't open it for you when you ring the bell, please call us on (+39) 0544-992036, we are always present, but depending on where we are in the building, we may not hear the bell.
