Your retreat AT THE END OF THE DAY
The Apartment Hotel "Residence Piccolo" has several large one- and two-room apartments that stand out for their practical and functional furnishings. In each of them you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with kitchen utensils and crockery for daily use. A microwave or a small traditional oven is also included. There is also TV, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. All one- and two-room apartments have a furnished balcony with table and chairs, so that you can enjoy your meals outside on the balcony.
For the kids there are (on request) child seats, safety fences for the bed or baby cots available.
We take care of the daily cleaning of all rooms (except the kitchenette) so that you have more time for your holiday.
Apartments A-F-B-D-C (each with 4 beds) have a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed or two single beds.
The one-room apartment E is ideal for two people and has a double bed.

Two-room apartment "SOLE" (Type A)
Apartment of about 45 sqm size, bathroom of about 4 sqm, 4 beds
The two-room apartment "SOLE" was completely renovated in 2018 with modern furnishings and elegant white and taupe tones. They are located on the quieter west side, where the sun hits in the afternoon and you can enjoy dinner in the warm light of the sunset.
Two-room apartments of type F
Apartment of about 45 sqm, bathroom of about 4 sqm, 4 beds
The location of the apartment is facing east to the sea, which is covered by large pine trees. It has a spacious and bright bedroom with a double bed, where you can easily add one or two beds for children. This apartment has a spacious balcony.
Two-Room-Apartment "CONCHIGLIA" Type B
Apartment of about 40 sqm, bathroom of about 4 sqm, 4 beds
Completely renovated apartment with modern furniture and predominance of white color (the last renovation was in 2020). It has a large balcony facing north and very cool, which is ideal for making the most of outdoor dining.
Two-room apartments type D
Apartment of about 40 sqm, bathroom of about 4 sqm, 4 beds
The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached by a few steps. The view is to the west, which is the quietest side of the house. In this two-room apartment the bathroom in the middle separates the bedroom area from the living and kitchen area.
Two-room apartments type C
Apartment of 30qm size, bathroom of about 3qm, 4 beds
This two-room apartment is slightly smaller, but has a classic, very functional interior. The big advantage here is that the sleeping area is separated from the living/dining area by a sliding door.

One-room apartment type C
Apartment of 30 sqm size, bathroom of 4,5 sqm, 4 beds
The one-room apartment is facing to the quiet west side. In the afternoon you will be pampered by the sun, which creates a special atmosphere for a dinner on the balcony with the remaining rays of the sun before sunset. Unlike the other apartments, this sofa bed can be converted into a bunk bed.
One-room apartment type E
One-room apartment of 30 sqm, bathroom of 4 sqm, 2 beds
The one-room apartment is ideal for couples, but there is still room for a baby cot. This one-room apartment is facing north/northwest.
As of 2023, all kitchenettes will be equipped with dishwashers (except for the two-room type C classic apartment).
The entire structure consists of three floors and is equipped with an elevator; only for apartment types E, D, and F on the first and third floors is there a floor of stairs to walk up.
The E and F type apartments on the ground floor have barrier-free access for disabled guests and a particularly large balcony.
From one floor to the next, the floor plan of identical apartments may have slight changes. On the roof there is a large sun terrace with a view of the sea.
