How do I make a reservation?

To book your holiday at Hotel SILVER please contact us for a quote. You can contact us:

 - via our website, click on Request Quote to receive a quote, or on Calculate Online to book online.

Please always confirm our quote, please include your address and telephone number (if you haven't already done so). This will be followed by our written confirmation of your reservation, in which we will repeat your booking details and inform you of the amount of your deposit for a bank transfer.

Up to 14 days before your arrival you can cancel free of charge and your deposit will be refunded. In the event of a later cancellation or subsequent changes to your booking, a refund is unfortunately no longer possible (unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking).

No deposit is required for online bookings. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.


Is there a tourism tax?

From October, 1st  2017, all accommodation in the municipality of Cervia will be subject to a tourism tax. The levy is € 1.50 per day per person in May, June, July, August and September. A maximum of 7 consecutive nights will be charged, children up to the age of 14 are exempt. This tax is not included in the hotel price and must be paid in cash at the latest on departure.


When can I check in and out?

The room will be available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival and we ask you to vacate it by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The full board starts on your arrival day with lunch and ends on your departure day with breakfast.


What if I want to leave later or arrive earlier?

We will be happy to store your luggage, before your departure we can provide you with a bathroom with shower for refreshment. In the low season (April, May and September) it is also possible, after consultation with us and depending on availability, to keep your room until the afternoon.

What happens if I have to leave earlier than expected?

In the event of early departure, a maximum of 3 nights will be charged after the actual departure date.

KIDS

We travel with a baby or small child, how can you help us taking care for our child?

We are happy to adapt the menu to the needs of the little ones and support you in the preparation of bottles and baby food.

Is there a children's animation program?

The Hotel SILVER is part of the animation project Mare Forza 12, which organizes activities such as games and tournaments during the day in the participating beach resorts. From June, 7th to September, 8th a miniclub is organized in the hotel to entertain children after lunch and dinner. On the ground floor of the hotel we have arranged a playroom for children.

What extras are available for children in the hotel room?

For our little guests we provide baby beds, extra beds with a protective grid, baby bathtubs and in the restaurant high chairs and placemats.

If we are a family with two or more children, what solutions do you have for us?

Our 11 sqm rooms are all double rooms to which we can add a third bed. If your children are already older, we recommend two rooms next to each other; a discount is possible depending on the season. Otherwise, we can also offer a bunk bed or two narrow extra beds for your hotel room.

Is WIFI available in the hotel?

Of course WIFI is available in all rooms and in the public areas.

Can I book All Inclusive?

No, we do not offer All Inclusive, but from a stay of at least 6 days we offer you a package with full board and free water with meals and can offer you discounted rates for contract beach resorts for sunbed and parasol. Wine, other drinks at the table and all drinks at the bar are not included in the hotel price.

How does the beach voucher work?

With the beach voucher you can use the combined offer hotel with beach from one week stay at the contracted beach resorts. All participating beach resorts are located near the hotel. This offer does not apply to the first three rows of parasols and is subject to availability.

What other options are there for the beach?

For example, if you wish to choose the position of your parasol freely, or if you are staying only a few days, we can provide you with a list of some beach resorts in the vicinity of the hotel, with which you can make a direct agreement. The contracted beach resorts are:

Are bicycles available at the hotel?

Fifteen bicycles are available for our guests. These can be used for short excursions or errands. They are available free of charge, but we ask you to return the key to the bike to us on your return.

Small pets are welcome, but please let us know at the time of booking. However, please do not bring your pets to the breakfast room/restaurant. At the beaches of Cervia/Milano Marittima dogs are only allowed to walk on the beach in the morning between 6 and 8 o'clock and in the evening between 09:30 and 12 o'clock.

What are the advantages of working with Cervia spa?

By presenting a ticket from us, you will receive discounts of 10 to 20% on certain treatment packages in the Terme di Cervia. The spa is very easy to reach by foot or bicycle, as it is only about 2km away. There is a very scenic path that leads straight through the pine forest. Of course you can also use the car or a bus, which takes about 20 minutes for the journey. It departs every 20 minutes and the bus stop is only 100 meters from the hotel.   

Where are the tennis courts and the attached gym located? Are they free of charge?

The use of the tennis courts and the renowned FBI fitness centre is free of charge. Simply contact us and we will make sure that a tennis court is reserved for you for the desired time. With our issued ticket you only need to appear at the tennis club. We will also provide you with an access card to the gym, which will give you access to the fitness equipment and participation in some courses. We can also offer you a 15% discount on physiotherapy treatments and massages. The gym is located in the Cervia Tennis Club, only 800 meters from the hotel. It is situated in the middle of the pine forest and can be easily reached by bike or by foot.  

Are there parking spaces at the hotel?

Hotel SILVER is located on Via Spalato, which has been converted into a dead end street and environmental zone with restricted access. We can provide our guests with free parking spaces, which can be reserved according on availability.

- are located around the hotel (in this case we ask you to provide us your car key)

- are located on the street in front of the hotel and, thanks to the environmental zone with restricted access, only hotel guests and residents are allowed to park on the street.

- Further parking slots are located in a fenced courtyard not far from the Hotel SILVER. We will take care of driving back and forth for you. The parking lots are not guarded.  

HOW TO REACH US  

Is there a danger of getting a fined if you enter the environmental zone (ZTL-Gate)?

No, entry is always permitted for our guests. If you meet the officers on your arrival, please inform them that you are guests of the hotel. If the cameras are activated, we will pass your license plate on to the authorities upon your arrival to legalize your passage. In order to be allowed to park on the street, a parking permit must be issued, which we will be happy to take care for you.

Where is the nearest bus stop?

Near the hotel, only about 100m away, at the corner of Viale Due Giugno and Viale Forlì (parking slot at the high-rise) is the bus stop located for long-distance buses and public buses.

How can I get there by train?

The nearest train station is in Cervia, about 3 km from the hotel. It can be reached by taxi (there is a taxi stand outside the station) or by bus every 20 minutes. The station best served by long-distance trains is Cesena, which is 20 km from us.
 

Is there an airport transfer from Bologna Airport?

For the whole summer season a shuttle service from Bologna Airport to Milano Marittima is available for € 30,- per person or in the online shop for € 25,- per person. We are also happy to make reservations and purchase your tickets. The bus stop is right next to the high-rise.
